Bisque is a hybrid lobster and champagne bar nestled in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong, Hong Kong. As a members only club, it functions as a private dining and entertainment space. The hard shell of a bronzed lobster and the polished opacity of champagne magnum provided the inspiration for this project. Entirely custom furnitures and fittings were designed to engender memorability, and a one of a kind touch to the space. With a menu of tight, no nonsense lobster and seafood dishes, the focus is on freshness and new, which inspires the simplicity of the logo, with a subtle hint of creativity.
